Softweb Adaptive I.T. Solutions announces that it has entered into an agreement to acquire 51% of the shares of Alphabit Cybersecurity, a rapidly growing company in the cybersecurity sector, which provides specialised services for the protection of digital infrastructures, data and applications for businesses and organisations.<\/p>\n
The acquisition is being completed for a total consideration of \u20ac1,224,000, confirming the Softweb Group\u2019s strategic commitment to the continuous expansion of its activities and completing its strategic plan entitled \u201cEcosymmetry\u201d. The consideration may be offset through a share capital increase of Softweb, subject to obtaining the required corporate approvals. The financing of the final stage of the acquisition will also be supported by the funds raised following the company\u2019s admission to the Alternative Market of the Athens Exchange (ATHEX). In addition, the company will prepare an Information Memorandum for the purposes of the acquisition, which will be published through its posting on the ATHEX website.<\/p>\n
