The Softweb Group announces its consolidated financial results for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, confirming its strong growth momentum and strategic direction, as well as the consistent implementation of its three-year investment plan (2024\u20132026), as presented upon its listing on the Athens Stock Exchange.\n\n2025 marked a year of strong acceleration for the Group, with turnover increasing by 58% to \u20ac3,159,416, compared to \u20ac1,829,918 in 2024. This performance reflects the expansion of its activities, the strengthening of its commercial operations and the steadily growing demand for the Group\u2019s solutions. An investment year with maintained operational balance<\/strong><\/p>\n Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) amounted to \u20ac456,586, compared to \u20ac447,591 in 2024, marking a 2% increase, despite the implementation of increased investments in critical areas. Earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) stood at \u20ac341,593, compared to \u20ac357,737 in 2024, representing a decrease of approximately 4%, primarily due to the expansion of the workforce, investment initiatives and increased depreciation expenses.<\/p>\n Strong liquidity and zero debt<\/strong><\/p>\n The Group\u2019s cash and cash equivalents amounted to \u20ac996,090 as at 31 December 2025, compared to \u20ac1,097,190 in 2024, remaining at high levels and ensuring sufficient financial flexibility. The decrease is directly linked to the funding of strategic investments and acquisitions implemented during the financial year. The Group maintains zero bank debt, a factor that strengthens its financial stability and its ability to pursue autonomous growth.<\/p>\n Investments in human resources and organisational development<\/strong><\/p>\n During 2025, the Group proceeded with a substantial strengthening of its human resources, with total payroll costs increasing by 63% and the number of positions growing by 65%. At the same time, 2025 marked a year of significant organisational transition, during which considerable time and management effort were dedicated to transforming Softweb from a company structure into a Group structure.\n\nThe establishment of new operational processes, the strengthening of administrative organisation and the integration of new activities created a more complex yet more efficient business model, with a direct impact on the Group\u2019s ability to manage growth and leverage synergies.
