The platform serves as the company's new core enterprise information system, supporting all operational domain—from financial management, sales organization, and procurement management and tracking, through to supply chain operations, store management, master data and product management, pricing, and promotional campaigns.

The project incorporates cutting-edge technologies that optimize business processes and reinforce ANEDIK KRITIKOS's growth strategy. More specifically, through its new enterprise information system, the company effectively services an expanded retail network exceeding 900 stores and 8 distribution centers across Greece. Simultaneously, it manages pricing across all sales channels—most notably Retail—in full compliance with relevant statutory regulations, as well as the entirety of Wholesale operations and vendor agreements; moreover, throughout 2024, the platform successfully processed and fulfilled over 500 promotional campaigns.
