The New Board of Directors of the Association of Hellenic Information Technology Enterprises (SETPE), serving a two-year term (2025–2027), operates under the principles of unity and consensus. The unanimous trust of our members constitutes both an acknowledgment and a commitment to pursue a collective path with consistency and vision for the benefit of the ICT sector and the country. A key priority is strengthening SETPE’s role as the institutional representative of Greek software and technology innovation companies operating across Greece, designing, developing, and exporting solutions with an international footprint and high added value. During our new term, we set clear priorities: ▪ Strengthening the institutional voice of technology SMEs, ensuring their active participation in the country’s digital transformation. ▪ Promoting specialized funding instruments and incentives for the development of innovative products. ▪ Leveraging human capital through reskilling initiatives, the establishment of a tech visa, and the alignment of education with labor market needs. ▪ Supporting the internationalization of our members, through strategic partnerships and participation in global networks. ▪ Fostering collaborations with research centers, universities, and local authorities, so that innovation translates into marketable solutions. Technology is not an end in itself but a tool for development, wealth creation, and enhancing quality of life. Greece cannot afford to remain a technology consumer; it must emerge as a technology producer. SETPE continues to act with reliability and responsibility, aiming to empower the ICT sector, strengthen the competitiveness of enterprises, and contribute to shaping a new productive model with an international footprint.
