In a spirit of unity and with unanimous agreement, the newly elected Board of Directors of the Association of Hellenic Information Technology Enterprises (SETPE), following the elections held on 30 June 2025, was formally constituted yesterday, Monday.

The new Board of Directors unanimously elected Anastasios Manos as Chairman. Mr Manos is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of DOTSOFT S.A. and a highly respected executive in the Greek information technology sector, with extensive experience in the management and implementation of complex technology projects in Greece and abroad. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, a Master's degree in Applied Informatics with a specialisation in Business Information Systems from the University of Macedonia, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).

The new composition of the Board of Directors, which has a two-year term of office (2025–2027), is as follows:

• Chairman – Anastasios Manos (DOTSOFT)
• Vice Chairman – Theofilos Mylonas (YSOFT, EXANDIA, TECS CAPITAL FUND)
• Vice Chairman – Kostis Kaggelides (GNOMON INFORMATICS)
• Secretary General – Cosmas Vamvalis (ATLANTIS ENGINEERING)
• Treasurer – Kyriakos Damianidis (ENTERSOFT, SOFTONE)
• Member – Chariton Kouridis (EMISIA)
• Member – Charalampos Dimitrakopoulos (SOFTWEB)
• Member – Georgios Nolis (LANCOM)
• Member – Anastasios Vasileiadis (JOIST Innovation Park)

The Board’s formal constitution took place at SETPE’s offices in Technopolis Thessaloniki and demonstrated the collective commitment to continuing SETPE’s course with a clear focus on extroversion, innovation and the strengthening of the domestic digital ecosystem.

Immediately following his election, the new Chairman of the SETPE Board of Directors, Anastasios Manos, stated: “It is an honour and a responsibility to assume the Chairmanship of SETPE, an Association with a nationwide reach and a critical role in the development of the country’s technology ecosystem. Our priority is to give a stronger voice to the small and medium-sized enterprises of the sector, strengthen collaborations, promote innovation and highlight the strategic contribution of Greek information technology to the productive transformation of the economy. Together with the distinguished colleagues of the new Board of Directors, we are committed to working with transparency, consistency and vision.”

It is noted that the elections of 30 June, which were conducted digitally for the first time through the ZEUS platform, were attended by representatives of IT companies that are active members of SETPE. In addition to electing the Board of Directors, the General Assembly of members also elected a new Audit Committee and a new Disciplinary Council.

With a long-standing presence and broad recognition in the technology sector, SETPE continues to serve as a catalyst for positive developments for small and medium-sized IT enterprises across Greece, promoting digital transformation, the development of internationally marketable products, and the strengthening of their outward orientation.
