Since 1992, 12PM CONSULTING has been a leader in Greece in providing Project, Program, and Portfolio Management services using best practices in project management. The ultimate goal of 12PM CONSULTING is to become the point of reference for all matters related to Project Management in Greece, enabling the achievement of business results across all sectors of the Greek economy by delivering projects on-specs, on-time, on-budget, and on-quality.
The history of 12PM CONSULTING began in 1992 and continues the legacy of ITEC CONSULTING in providing consulting and training services in ICT, Project, Program, and Portfolio Management.
Theofanis Giotis was a member of the Management Team of the first Project Management Office (PMO) in Greece, established for the OTE CRASH PROGRAM during the period 1992–1996. The CRASH PROGRAM consisted of 16 projects related to the digitization of OTE from analog to digital lines.
The budget of the CRASH PROGRAM was 283,400,000 ECUs (1 ECU = 285 Drachmas – equivalent to approximately €2.5 billion today). Financing was provided 25% by the Greek Government and 75% by the European Investment Bank (EIB) https://www.eib.org/fr/projects/all/19930226
