Space Hellas: 70% increase in net profits in 2025, with revenue and EBITDA maintained at the same levels

Space Hellas’ consolidated revenue for 2025 amounted to €152.9 million, compared to €155.2 million in 2024, representing a marginal decrease of 1.5%. Gross profit increased to €31.7 million in 2025, compared to €29.6 million in 2024. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) amounted to €18.3 million in 2025, compared to €18.2 million in 2024. Profit before tax reached €4.3 million in 2025, compared to €2.2 million in 2024, representing an increase of 101%, while net profit increased by 70%, reaching €3.1 million in 2025, compared to €1.8 million in 2024.

The significant increase in profitability reflects the Group’s achievement of its objective to maintain operating profitability (EBITDA), while simultaneously reducing its borrowing and, consequently, its financial expenses. More specifically, the Group’s loans decreased by 11% to €73.281 million, while the company’s loans decreased by 10% to €66.615 million.

For the parent company, revenue decreased to €125.8 million in 2025, compared to €134.2 million in 2024, while earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) remained stable at €13.6 million in 2025, compared to €13.7 million in 2024. Finally, the parent company’s profit before tax increased to €3.9 million in 2025, compared to €3.0 million in 2024, while net profit reached €3.2 million in 2025, compared to €2.7 million in 2024, representing increases of 28.6% and 17%, respectively.

Operating cash flows were positive at €11.1 million and were allocated towards debt reduction, as reflected in the negative cash flows from financing activities amounting to €12.8 million. Investing activities recorded negative cash flows of €9.3 million.

The Executive Chairman of the Space Hellas Group, Mr Spiros D. Manolopoulos, stated: “In the coming years 2026–2027, following the completion of funding from the Recovery and Resilience Facility, the IT and telecommunications market is expected to be further strengthened by a new cycle of European funding that will support research and development in European technologies, with particular emphasis on the fields of Artificial Intelligence, cybersecurity and defence.”

Space Hellas is implementing major projects related to the country’s critical infrastructures, with implementation timelines extending beyond 2026, leveraging synergies with the Group’s other companies, including SingularLogic, Mobics, Web-IQ and AgroApps.
