During the exhibition, our company presented TRITON 3.9 – Cloud, the innovative new release of the industry-leading TRITON information system engineered for the management of water supply and sewerage utilities. The new release utilizes an Application Server architecture and secure HTTPS communication protocol.

Visitors at our booth had the opportunity to see firsthand how our company's new product, TRITON/Kiosk, operates—a self-service Payment Kiosk that enables consumers to pay their utility bills independently using a bank card. Featuring AI-powered guidance for citizens, TRITON/Kiosk stole the show, making a highly positive impression on attendees.

Another new addition to our product lineup that visitors had the opportunity to experience firsthand was the 'Service Control' application for Android devices (PDAs, smartphones), engineered to support field technicians during task execution (e.g., water service disconnections, water meter replacements, leak and fault repairs, etc.).

Additionally, new features were demonstrated across the company's application suites providing E-Services to consumers—namely TRITON/i-bill, TRITON/e-Payments, TRITON/e-Services, and TRITON/Messaging—as well as software developed for Integrated Metering Management, including TRITON/AMR Open Connector, Self Meter Reading, and Triton Mobile.

As part of the exhibition, visitors were also informed about the new capabilities of the 'Merchant Retail Network Series' by Effective application suite, designed for the integrated IT management of retail enterprises. Specifically, updates were highlighted for the following software solutions: Merchant Shop: Store Management System Merchant Server: Large-Store & Grocery Store Operations Management Merchant Client: POS Cash Register & Terminal Management Merchant Analytics: Real-Time Sales & Business Analytics Reporting Merchant Store: Mobile Store Management via Android Devices

In addition, Signature Processor 3 by Effective was announced—the new version of the fiscal mechanism support software, fully compliant with updated legislative frameworks and regulations (A. 1098/2022, A. 1155/2023).
