DOTSOFT S.A. has undertaken the implementation of the project 'Smart City / Municipal Guide with Local Business Directory for the Municipality of Oichalia.' As part of the project, DOTSOFT will develop a comprehensive digital platform to support local entrepreneurship and promote the tourism and cultural identity of the Municipality of Oichalia. The solution will aggregate information regarding local businesses, points of interest, events, offers, and activities, offering residents and visitors a modern digital tool for information and navigation.

The platform will feature, among other capabilities, a web portal and mobile application, interactive and multimedia services, digital tours, push notifications, geolocation functionality, user engagement tools, and promotional capabilities for local business offers and marketing campaigns.

Through the implementation of this project, the Municipality of Oichalia seeks to harness the capabilities of modern digital technologies not merely to deliver information, but as a driver for local development.

The new Smart Guide is expected to contribute to the enhanced promotion of local businesses, highlight the Municipality’s cultural and natural heritage, upgrade the overall visitor experience, and establish a modern communication and interaction channel with citizens.

This initiative forms part of the Municipality of Oichalia’s broader strategy to leverage technology for the benefit of the local community and economy, creating new opportunities for promotion, information sharing, and engagement among residents, local professionals, and visitors.

The project is part of the 'Digital Transformation Actions for the Municipality of Oichalia' Operation, which has been included in the 'Digital Transformation' Program and co-financed by the European Union through the ERDF and by national resources.
