DOTSOFT S.A. is proceeding with the implementation of the project “Development, Installation and Maintenance of a Lobbying Software System for the Independent Authority Against Corruption”, in collaboration with the Deputy Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digital Policy of the Republic of Cyprus – Department of Information Technology Services.

The project involves the creation of a modern, unified and operationally efficient information system that will support the electronic recording, management, monitoring and oversight of lobbying activities and the involved stakeholders. The new digital platform will make a significant contribution to strengthening transparency, accountability and good governance, supporting the Independent Authority Against Corruption in the more effective implementation of the institutional framework for transparency in public decision-making processes.

Through the new system, processes that until now were carried out manually or through the exchange of documents and email correspondence will be automated and transferred to a secure digital environment. The platform will enable, among other functions, the electronic submission and management of applications, the operation and updating of registries, the support of audits and notifications, as well as the generation of reports and statistical data.

The software will be developed in both Greek and English, with an emphasis on usability, interactivity and accessibility across different devices, including computers, tablets and mobile phones. Particular attention will be given to data security, role and access rights management, interoperability with existing or future information systems, as well as compliance with personal data protection requirements.

The award of this project represents a particularly significant collaboration for DOTSOFT with the Cypriot Public Administration in a critical area: transparency in public decision-making.
