PRESS RELEASE | SETPE: A vibrant mosaic of technology and innovation at Beyond 2026

Original solutions and innovative applications from eight (8) IT companies

From cybersecurity, cloud computing and data centres to Artificial Intelligence, machine vision and industrial automation, the participation of the Association of Information Technology Enterprises of Greece (SETPE) at BEYOND 2026 highlights the breadth, expertise and dynamism of the Greek technology ecosystem.

SETPE is participating in the International Digital Technology & Innovation Exhibition, which will take place from 17 to 19 June 2026 at the Metropolitan Expo in Athens, with an organised group pavilion hosting eight (8) of its member companies: ALPHABIT, COMITECH, elpra, EPI SYSTEMS, IID, LANCOM, ROBOVISION and ViLabs. Each company has its own dedicated exhibition space, while a special SETPE information point, featuring the Association’s corporate identity and logo, will operate at the entrance of the pavilion.

SETPE’s group pavilion, with a total area of 55 sq.m., will be located in Hall 3, Stand C38/D37, and will operate daily from 10:00 to 19:00, in accordance with the exhibition’s opening hours.

At SETPE’s pavilion, visitors will have the opportunity to discover original solutions, innovative applications and advanced products addressing critical needs of the modern economy: from the protection of digital infrastructures, business continuity, process acceleration and data utilisation, to the digital transformation of organisations, the enhancement of industrial production, and the development of new experiences in culture, tourism and education.

In detail, the participating companies and the solutions they will present are as follows:

ALPHABIT Cybersecurity, a member of Softweb Group and a company active in the field of cybersecurity, will showcase comprehensive solutions covering the entire protection lifecycle of an organisation – from prevention and threat detection to incident response and recovery. Visitors will have the opportunity to learn more about Managed Security Services (SOC/MDR), Incident Response Retainers, Digital Forensics Investigations, as well as governance, risk management and regulatory compliance solutions, including NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001 and Cyber Risk Management. A central focus of the company’s presence will be the concept of cyber resilience, namely an organisation’s ability to withstand, adapt to and continue operating effectively in an environment of evolving digital threats.

COMITECH, specialising in cultural informatics and the development of digital applications for tourism and education, will present innovative virtual and augmented reality applications that leverage storytelling, historical content, 3D objects, avatars and interactive environments. In the field of virtual reality, visitors will have the opportunity to explore narrative-driven applications, such as the “Secret Assembly of Vostitsa”, the virtual dive into the history of Kalymnian sponge divers, and the “Destruction of Karpenisi”. In addition, augmented reality applications will be presented for educational games, tourism promotion, avatar-based guided tours, 3D building presentations, augmented maps, and dynamic AR cards featuring audio, visual and three-dimensional content.

elpra, a high-tech company based in Thessaloniki, will showcase its expertise in designing and manufacturing specialised electronic systems and embedded control systems, representing the full product lifecycle – from concept development and prototyping to mass production and long-term technical support. The company will present solutions based on in-house hardware, firmware and software development, with applications in power electronics, embedded systems and industrial automation. Particular emphasis will be placed on specialised solutions for applications that cannot be addressed by standard market products, as well as on its own product portfolio for Charge, Convert & Control, Battery Management, Testing & Monitoring, and Precision Measurement & Standards Compliance.

EPI SYSTEMS, which specialises in the design and implementation of integrated IT projects, with a focus on physical security, video management, access control and Artificial Intelligence applications, will present solutions that leverage the integration of advanced technologies to enhance the protection and operational efficiency of businesses and organisations. Visitors will have the opportunity to learn more about advanced Access Control systems featuring multiple identification methods, centralised management and a high level of security for different types of facilities. In addition, the company will showcase comprehensive Video Management System (VMS) platforms, enabling camera integration, centralised supervision and real-time remote monitoring, as well as AI Analytics applications for intelligent image analysis and automated incident detection.

IID (Information Intelligence Data), which has been active since 1993 in the field of digital capture, management and utilisation of information for public and private sector organisations, will present solutions that transform files, documents and content into valuable digital information. Visitors will have the opportunity to discover digital archiving and documentation applications, automated data extraction and processing systems powered by Artificial Intelligence, as well as OCR and Intelligent Document Processing technologies. Particular emphasis will be placed on integrated Document Management platforms, which support the organisation, search, secure management and utilisation of information. These company solutions can be integrated with ERP, CRM and other information systems, contributing to improved productivity.

LANCOM, which operates in the field of technology infrastructure, offering an integrated ecosystem of services (data centres, cloud, telecommunications, Equipment as a Service and cybersecurity), will present solutions addressing businesses’ needs for secure, reliable and flexible digital infrastructures. Visitors will have the opportunity to learn more about secure system hosting services, next-generation cloud computing environments, reliable connectivity, data protection and solutions that enhance business continuity. With proprietary, carrier-neutral infrastructures in Athens and Thessaloniki, including Balkan Gate, the company will highlight the strategic importance of modern infrastructures for the stability, security, performance and future readiness of businesses.

ROBOVISION, which has specialised since 2004 in machine vision and industrial automation solutions, will present technologies related to modern manufacturing, quality control, packaging, logistics and the transition of businesses towards more “intelligent” and automated factories. Visitors will have the opportunity to discover quality control systems for production lines, featuring smart cameras and sensors for defect detection, automatic code reading, 3D product inspection, colour and surface inspection, OCR/OCV solutions, product position and orientation verification, and more. In addition, collaborative robots with integrated vision systems will be presented for applications such as picking, palletising and object recognition.

ViLabs, a technology, research and innovation company based in Thessaloniki with an international presence in Cyprus and Bulgaria, will present next-generation solutions leveraging Artificial Intelligence, advanced software and immersive technologies (XR/AR/VR), with the aim of supporting the digital transformation of public and private sector organisations. A central focus of its presentation will be ALLEVIATE, an innovative application development platform that combines Generative AI and Model-Driven Engineering for faster and more efficient software production, and Ariadne, a platform for creating specialised AI Agents for intelligent process management and the automated execution of procedures and tasks. The company will highlight how research and emerging technologies can be transformed into practical applications with social impact.

The presence of the eight (8) companies within SETPE’s group pavilion demonstrates, in the most creative way, the diversity of Greek technological production. The solutions, applications and products showcased can be utilised by businesses, organisations, public sector bodies, industrial units, cultural institutions and research entities, forming a vibrant mosaic of technology with a meaningful social impact.
