The EPSILONNET Group successfully completed the HR & Payroll systems migration project for HQF – Hellenic Quality Foods Group.

The EPSILONNET Group successfully completed the migration project of the Payroll, Time & Attendance and Digital Work Card systems for HQF – Hellenic Quality Foods, further confirming its expertise and reliability in the implementation of complex Human Capital Management projects for large organisations.

HQF Group, one of the most dynamic and fast-growing groups in the food production and distribution sector in Greece, proceeded with the modernisation of its Human Resources Management processes by selecting EPSILONNET Group’s ScanHRMS / Epsilon HR Suite solutions to meet its Payroll, Time & Attendance and Digital Work Card requirements.

The project included:

  • Successful transition to the new Payroll environment
  • Integration and upgrade of Time & Attendance processes
  • Full implementation and integration of the Digital Work Card system
  • Automated compliance with the requirements of the ERGANI Information System
  • Optimisation of daily HR processes and reporting

The implementation was carried out with full business continuity, ensuring the smooth transition of operations without any disruption to the Group’s daily activities. At the same time, it significantly enhanced the speed, accuracy and transparency of human resources management processes.
