EPSILONNET Group and SKLAVENITIS have executed one of the largest Digital Work Card and HR digital transformation projects in Greece, leveraging comprehensive HR technology solutions to modernize critical operational functions for one of the country's largest employers.

The project was designed and executed with a comprehensive 360° approach, combining technology, operational expertise, process digitization, training, and ongoing support.

At the core of the implementation is ScanHRMS, EPSILONNET Group’s integrated HR ecosystem. Through the HR Hub, all core HR functions are consolidated into a unified digital environment, encompassing payroll, time and attendance, leave management, training, and reporting. Concurrently, the Card Scanner Mobile App ensures automated, real-time attendance recording via the Digital Work Card, delivering a reliable and modern tool for the daily operations across the company’s locations.

The utilization of EPSILONNET Group’s solutions yielded significant and measurable benefits:

  • 45% increase in HR department efficiency through the automation of manual processes.
  • Up to 60% reduction in payroll processing time, while simultaneously enhancing accuracy and compliance.
  • 100% coverage of Digital Work Card requirements.
  • Full integration of HR data for over 36,500 employees across more than 500 operating locations.
  • 44 HR processes digitized end-to-end, from submission to approval.
  • Enhancement of transparency, data security, and immediate access to information.
  • Creation of modern reporting & analytics dashboards, supporting data-driven decision-making.

Beyond technological upgrading, the project highlights the power of technology to meaningfully transform the way modern businesses operate, creating more efficient, agile, and human-centric work environments.

The success and substantial operational impact of the project were capped with a Gold award at the BITE Awards 2026 in the "Operational & Business Applications" category. This distinction recognizes the successful deployment of information systems and integrated enterprise applications in supporting critical functions and executing the business strategy of SKLAVENITIS.
