Human Asset introduces gAImify Hub, a new learning platform that combines Artificial Intelligence, gamification and human-centric learning design, aiming to help organisations and Learning & Development teams design and deliver more engaging, adaptive and impactful learning experiences. In its official presentation, the platform is described as AI-powered and gamified, with a strong focus on the safe and responsible use of AI.

gAImify Hub enables course designers, HR teams and L&D professionals to start from ready-made templates and leverage AI-assisted course design based on a human-in-the-loop approach, allowing content to be tailored to the needs of the organisation, specific roles and target audiences. With more than 20 years of experience, Human Asset continues to invest in learning experiences centred around people, interactivity and measurable impact.

At the learner experience level, the platform includes adaptive quizzes, open-ended AI scenarios, real-time AI avatar simulations, mentor chatbot support and gamified learning journeys. The aim is not for AI to replace human thinking, but to enhance practice, reflection and skills development through more personalised learning pathways.

In addition, gAImify Hub has been designed based on Responsible AI principles, taking into account the EU AI Act, GDPR requirements and enterprise-grade cybersecurity standards, with guardrails, moderation agents and human review capabilities. This new solution is part of Human Asset’s strategy to develop modern learning ecosystems that combine instructional design, storytelling, gamification and AI-enhanced learning.

The initiative is implemented under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan “Greece 2.0”, with funding from the European Union – NextGenerationEU.

As part of the platform’s presentation, Human Asset is organising a live webinar on 19 March 2026, lasting 45 minutes, followed by a 15-minute Q&A session. The webinar will showcase the key capabilities of gAImify Hub, including AI-assisted needs analysis and course design, personalised adaptive quizzes, open-ended AI scenarios, voice-to-voice simulations, gamified learning journeys and mentor chatbot support.
