SingularLogic has successfully completed an Oracle Database upgrade project for ASPROFOS S.A., a member of HELLENiQ ENERGY. For over 40 years, ASPROFOS S.A. has actively participated in most major energy projects executed in Greece and abroad, offering a comprehensive range of services, including Front-End Engineering Design (FEED), detailed design, project management, and construction supervision.

As part of its strategic plan for multi-tiered digital transformation—which entails adopting innovative technologies to evolve its operational model—ASPROFOS entrusted SingularLogic, a member of the Space Hellas Group, with the project to upgrade its Oracle Database infrastructure and associated business applications.

The scope of work encompassed upgrading the Oracle Database to version 19c, onto which all corporate applications were migrated alongside an upgraded User Interface and rigorous quality assurance testing across more than 600 applications and graphical assets. Upgrading to this new release equips the company with enhanced performance, scalability, and access to advanced functionalities, while simultaneously delivering accelerated data processing speeds, enterprise-grade security controls, and seamless regulatory compliance. Furthermore, the complete Oracle infrastructure was deployed on Microsoft Azure, providing the enterprise with a robust, highly secure, and agile environment for data storage and management, while driving down total cost of ownership and maximizing operational efficiency.

For this project, SingularLogic applied its field-tested methodologies and technical practices, managed standard training for system administrators, and delivered pilot operation support services. Moving forward, SingularLogic will provide ongoing, high-quality managed support services to ASPROFOS S.A., guaranteeing optimal system performance and uninterrupted business operations.
