On 26 November 2025, SETPE participated in Infocom World 2025, one of the country’s most important technology conferences. Board member Mr. Charalampos Dimitrakopoulos represented the Association, contributing to the discussion on the sector’s new challenges and opportunities.

The conference conclusions highlighted that Greece’s success in the new digital era will not be determined solely by technological investments, but by our ability to collaborate, innovate, and invest in our human capital. The “AI-Volution” requires strong alliances between the government, businesses, the academic community, and citizens.

Greece now possesses the tools, modern infrastructure, a dynamic market, and highly skilled human capital. The key is to unite these strengths into a common national strategy, enabling the country to enter the new era not as followers, but as co-shapers.
