For the parent company, turnover closed at €67.5 million in the first half of 2026, compared to €56.8 million in 2025, representing an 18.9% increase. Meanwhile, EBITDA reached €7.3 million compared to €6.7 million in the same period of 2025, reflecting a 9.9% rise.

Cash flows from operating activities were negative at -€4.5 million. During the period under review, and particularly during its final two months, significant billings were executed primarily relating to complex Group projects; this substantially increased receivables and impacted operating cash flows. This trend is expected to reverse during the second half of the year as collections on these receivables are realized, boosting operating cash inflows. Cash flows from investing activities stood at -€3.8 million, while cash flows from financing activities totaled €4.0 million.
For the year-end, Group management steadily targets growth in both operating profitability and net profit after tax, alongside a concurrent reduction in total debt.
Mr. Spyros Manolopoulos, Executive Chairman of Space Hellas Group, stated: “Group Management remains focused on the effective execution of our current project portfolio, optimizing productivity, and expanding our footprint in high value-added sectors—such as cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, telecommunications, digital infrastructure, software applications, defense, and security—as well as commercializing the outputs of our Research and Development activities.
