Cosmos Business Systems’ “Smart HR Ecosystem” integrates key functions such as ATS/recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, benefits management and internal communication into a unified, intelligent environment, enhancing employee experience and team productivity. The project was implemented through close collaboration between the HR Department and the Software Development team, with the aim of promoting transparency, flexibility and engagement across the organisation.

Το «Smart HR Ecosystem» της Cosmos Business Systems ενοποιεί καίριες λειτουργίες όπως ATS/προσλήψεις, onboarding, αξιολόγηση απόδοσης, διαχείριση παροχών και εσωτερική επικοινωνία σε ένα ενιαίο, ευφυές περιβάλλον, ενισχύοντας την εμπειρία εργαζομένου και την παραγωγικότητα των ομάδων. Το έργο υλοποιήθηκε μέσα από στενή συνεργασία του τμήματος HR με την ομάδα Ανάπτυξης Λογισμικού, με στόχο τη διαφάνεια, την ευελιξία και την αλληλεπίδραση σε όλο τον οργανισμό.
