MyCompany Projects P.C. participates in the Erasmus+ program, leading the digital component of an international initiative focused on education in disaster risk prevention and management.

Η MyCompany Projects Ο.Ε., εταιρεία πληροφορικής με έδρα τη Θεσσαλονίκη, συμμετέχει στην υλοποίηση του ευρωπαϊκού έργου EMPATH, αναλαμβάνοντας τον σχεδιασμό και την ανάπτυξη καινοτόμων ψηφιακών εκπαιδευτικών εργαλείων με αξιοποίηση τεχνολογιών Τεχνητής Νοημοσύνης (Artificial Intelligence – AI).

The project is implemented within the framework of the European Erasmus+ KA220-VET program, spans a duration of 36 months, and aims to upgrade vocational education and training in the field of Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR).

The official launch of the project took place on October 20, 2026, with the first transnational partners' meeting (Kick-off Meeting), hosted at the premises of the International Hellenic University in Thessaloniki.

MyCompany Projects at the Center of the Project's Digital Development

MyCompany Projects P.C. has assumed a leading role in the digital aspect of EMPATH, leveraging its expertise in designing and developing modern information systems and digital applications.

The core focus of its participation is the creation of an integrated online learning platform, which will consolidate the project's educational curriculum and specialized learning material into a unified, accessible, and multilingual digital environment.

Particular emphasis is placed on the development of an Artificial Intelligence-powered self-assessment tool, which will enable trainees, educators, and professionals to evaluate their knowledge and skills in Disaster Risk Reduction.

Through this tool, users will be able to follow personalized learning pathways tailored to their specific educational needs, thereby enhancing the overall effectiveness of the learning process.

MyCompany Projects' contribution is expected to support the creation of a modern digital learning environment, facilitating access to specialized knowledge and encouraging the adoption of innovative technologies in vocational training.

Education and Technology in the Face of Modern Challenges

The increasing frequency and complexity of climate-change-related disasters highlight the need to strengthen prevention, preparedness, and effective risk management.

EMPATH seeks to address this challenge by developing a comprehensive training framework for both prospective and active first responders.

Within the framework of the project, provision is made for the development of a common skills framework, specialized training programs, practical simulation scenarios, and digital learning tools.

In parallel, Train-the-Trainer activities, simulation workshops across partner countries, and policy briefs will be implemented, aiming for the broader integration of Disaster Risk Reduction education into Vocational Education and Training systems.

International Collaboration Featuring Five Organizations

The EMPATH project is implemented by an international consortium of five organizations from four European countries, coordinated by the International Hellenic University.

Στην εταιρική σύμπραξη συμμετέχουν η MyCompany Projects Ο.Ε. από την Ελλάδα, η MANIBUS από τη Βουλγαρία, η Στρατιωτική Ακαδημία «General Mihailo Apostolski» από τη Βόρεια Μακεδονία και η APVET – Πορτογαλική Ένωση Ιδρυμάτων Επαγγελματικής Εκπαίδευσης και Κατάρτισης από την Πορτογαλία.

Η πρώτη φάση του έργου επικεντρώνεται στην αξιολόγηση των εκπαιδευτικών αναγκών, σε συνεργασία με φορείς επαγγελματικής κατάρτισης και επαγγελματίες πρώτης απόκρισης, ώστε τα αποτελέσματα να αποτελέσουν τη βάση για τον σχεδιασμό του εκπαιδευτικού προγράμματος και των αντίστοιχων ψηφιακών εργαλείων.

Ενίσχυση της παρουσίας της MyCompany Projects σε ευρωπαϊκά έργα καινοτομίας

Η συμμετοχή της MyCompany Projects Ο.Ε. στο EMPATH εντάσσεται στη δραστηριότητά της στον τομέα της ανάπτυξης ψηφιακών λύσεων και της αξιοποίησης νέων τεχνολογιών στο πλαίσιο ευρωπαϊκών συνεργασιών.

Μέσα από την ανάπτυξη της εκπαιδευτικής πλατφόρμας και του εργαλείου Τεχνητής Νοημοσύνης, η εταιρεία συμβάλλει στη σύνδεση της τεχνολογικής καινοτομίας με την εκπαίδευση και την αντιμετώπιση σύγχρονων κοινωνικών και περιβαλλοντικών προκλήσεων.

Το έργο EMPATH συγχρηματοδοτείται από την Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση μέσω του προγράμματος Erasmus+.
