With exceptionally high participation and strong interest from the business and technology communities, the Epsilon Net Group’s Digital Forum, titled “EPSILON AI: The Power Behind the New Digital Era”, took place on 3 December 2025. The event highlighted practical applications of Artificial Intelligence in business solutions that are rapidly evolving into platforms empowered by EPSILON AI. More than 5,500 participants attended real-time demonstrations, live demos and case studies showcasing how AI is already transforming the operation of ERP, CRM, HR and specialised information systems, providing advanced tools for prediction, analysis and decision-making.

The event was welcomed by Vasiliki Anagnostou, Deputy CEO of Epsilon Net, who stated: “Today, we are facing a unique moment. Artificial Intelligence is not a promise for the future. Subsequently, Gianna Andronopoulou, General Manager of Microsoft Greece, Cyprus and Malta, presented global and Greek trends in Artificial Intelligence, the rapid growth in AI adoption, and the strategic collaboration between Microsoft and Epsilon Net. Similarly, George Marinos, Assistant General Manager of Innovation & Digital Partnerships at National Bank of Greece, referred to the applications of Artificial Intelligence in the banking sector and highlighted that the collaboration with Epsilon Net is accelerating the evolution and enhancement of digital services, delivering more personalised and immediate customer experiences.

Subsequently, Vasilis Prassas, Labour Relations Advisor and General Manager of Epsilon HR, and Andreas Grimpelas, General Manager of Epsilon SingularLogic, CTO and Board Member of the Epsilon Net Group, approached the topic of Artificial Intelligence from two equally critical perspectives: the transformation of HR and the technological transformation of business operations. Vasilis Prassas highlighted how AI is reshaping HR operations through smarter tools for recruitment, development and employee experience, presenting the new capabilities integrated into Epsilon HR solutions. For his part, Andreas Grimpelas presented the global and Greek evolution of AI, analysing how its integration into the core of Epsilon Net’s strategic planning is driving the creation of intelligent business platforms that understand processes, predict outcomes and recommend optimal actions.

The technological foundation underpinning this strategy was presented by Konstantinos Chatzigeorgiou, AI & CRM Products Manager at Epsilon SingularLogic, and Stavros Kassidis, R&D Department Manager at Epsilon SingularLogic. They analysed the use of advanced Microsoft technologies across the Group and delivered live demonstrations showcasing examples of AI applications in real-world business scenarios within ERP and CRM environments.
