The Municipality of Amorgos, in collaboration with DOTSOFT, is proceeding with the implementation of the project “Digital Transformation of the Municipality of Amorgos”, which involves the supply and installation of new Smart City applications and technological solutions, with the aim of improving the Municipality’s operations and upgrading the services provided to citizens, visitors and local businesses.

Innovative digital initiatives for a modern Municipality

The “Smart Cities Applications” project includes a comprehensive set of actions that enhance administrative capacity, transparency, outreach and the digital experience within the Municipality of Amorgos, specifically:

• Smart City/Municipality Guide, featuring the recording and promotion of local businesses and points of interest.
• Έξυπνο Οδηγός Πόλης / Δήμου, με καταγραφή και προβολή τοπικών επιχειρήσεων και σημείων ενδιαφέροντος.
• Digitisation of the local cultural heritage, using modern digital tools that highlight the island’s history and culture.
• Electronic Administration Management and Organisation System, aimed at enhancing the Municipality’s operational capacity.
• Central Unified Platform for the Management and Collection of Digital Transformation Action Data, enabling the systematic monitoring and evaluation of digital initiatives.
