Cosmos Business Systems, in collaboration with its subsidiary in Cyprus, CBS IT Systems Cyprus, signed the project for the provision, implementation, maintenance and support of the return case management system (“CIT-RECAMAS”) for the Migration Department of the Deputy Ministry of Migration and International Protection of the Republic of Cyprus. The project forms part of the Deputy Ministry’s broader strategy for digital modernisation and the enhancement of its operational processes.

The CIT-RECAMAS system will provide a modern, integrated and secure environment for the management of return cases, making a significant contribution to improving operational efficiency, transparency and the quality of services provided. The project includes, among others:

• Centralised and structured management of cases and related documents
• Automation of key processes and workflows
• Reporting, statistical analysis and monitoring tools
• Continuous maintenance and technical support to ensure uninterrupted operation

The implementation of the system will enable the Migration Department to optimise its internal processes, enhance the coordination of the services involved, and more effectively support evidence-based decision-making.
