Ioannina was chosen once again as the host city for the OTS Forum. The event organized by OTS, running from November 21 to 23, 2024, is preparing to open its doors for the 16th consecutive year under the most promising auspices.

At the core of the 16th OTS Forum will be best practices in Digital Transformation implemented by Public Sector entities. The OTS Forum will launch its proceedings on Thursday, November 21, with the thematic session: “The New Local Governance Term 2024–2027: Developing Sustainable Cities and the Vision for the City of 2030,” featuring presentations by elected officials from across the country.

The overall three-day program features presentations by public administration representatives, distinguished experts and keynote speakers, as well as tech industry leaders. Discover the complete lineup of thematic pillars for the 16th OTS Forum by clicking [here].

"Improving people's lives in cities"

OTS Forum attendees have the opportunity to stay informed on the latest digital and legislative developments, exploring how these can be effectively implemented and adapted within their organizational structures.

Through case studies and hands-on workshops, participants gain specialized knowledge and practical skills that can be applied immediately in their workplace. The aim of this gathering is to foster a more modern, efficient, and user-friendly Public Sector—driven by a singular purpose: "improving people's lives in cities."

The OTS Forum is OTS’s flagship annual event, born from the commitment of its team to stay closely connected with system users. Since 2001, it has served as a vital communications platform for existing clients and a key meeting point for Greek Public Administration.

OTS is a Greek software development and support company headquartered in Thessaloniki. With over 30 years of continuous presence in the Public Administration domain, it has implemented some of the most complex domestic IT projects across the broader Public Sector.
