EPSILONNET inaugurated its new building in Thessaloniki
A new landmark for the Group, its people, and the next era of Agentic AI-powered business software in Greece.
With well-known presenter Grigoris Arnaoutoglou as the event host, and in a particularly festive atmosphere, the official inauguration of the new privately owned facilities of the EPSILONNET Group in Thessaloniki took place on Wednesday 24 June. The event marked a significant milestone in the Group’s growth trajectory and in the implementation of its strategic plan for the coming years. The ceremony was attended by representatives of the State, Local Government, institutional and business bodies, partners, customers and Group executives.
The new facilities, located at 92 Georgikis Scholis Avenue in Pylaia, Thessaloniki, with a total area of 7,300 sq.m., house the Group’s headquarters, administrative services, as well as modern research and development facilities. The new spaces have been designed to support the creation of innovative solutions in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, information systems, Fintech and Analytics, further strengthening EPSILONNET’s position in the Greek and international markets. They are also expected to host incubators for new scientific and business ideas (start-ups) related to AI and emerging technologies.
At the inauguration ceremony, greetings were delivered by: Mr Giannis Papageorgiou, Coordinator of the Prime Minister’s Office in Thessaloniki; Mr Thanos Begkas, President of the Development Organisation of the Region of Central Macedonia; Mr Symeon Diamantidis, President of the Exporters’ Association of Northern Greece; Mr Vasilis Kampanis, Executive Vice President of IME GSEVEE; Mr Avraam Panidis, Vice President of the Economic Chamber of Greece; and Mr Dimitris Christoforakis, President of the Panhellenic Federation of Tax Professionals. The speakers highlighted the critical importance of technology and modern information systems in strengthening the competitiveness of businesses and the Greek economy, as well as EPSILONNET’s long-standing contribution to fostering innovation and supporting the digital transformation of Greek enterprises.
In his speech, the President of the EPSILONNET Group, Mr Ioannis Michos, stated:
“I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the 1,700 people of our Group, who, with passion, vision and a demanding daily commitment, are creating EPSILONNET’s success; to our 250,000 customers, who honour us with their trust and support; and to our 500 specialised partners and representatives across Greece. Thessaloniki is not simply the city where we started. It is the place where our philosophy, our values and our belief that technology can fundamentally transform the way businesses operate, improve their organisation and enhance their competitiveness were shaped. Our new building is a symbol of this journey, as well as of EPSILONNET’s next chapter: with an even stronger focus on technology, Artificial Intelligence and innovation; with greater extroversion; and with an even deeper commitment to our people, customers and partners.”
Following the completion of the inauguration ceremony, guests were given a tour of the new facilities, followed by a reception at the rooftop garden of the premises.
