The Softweb Group announces its financial results for the first half of 2025, prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). The first half of 2025 was marked by significant growth across all key financial indicators at both Group and Company level, as well as by strategic investments in human capital, organisational structure and innovation. These investments further strengthen Softweb’s position as a leading force in digital transformation, particularly in the field of Ecosymmetry.

Key Financial Highlights

  • Revenue

The Group’s revenue amounted to €1,450,020 for the period ended 30 June 2025. At Company level, revenue reached €1,096,674, compared to €875,348 in the corresponding period of 2024, recording an increase of 25.28%.

This growth reflects Softweb’s strategic investments in strengthening its human capital and organisational structure, with payroll expenses increasing by approximately 41% compared to the corresponding period in 2024. The objective was to reinforce critical functions, including commercial and operational structures in Athens and Thessaloniki, while building strong foundations for the Group’s integrated operations. At the same time, significant resources were allocated to the research and development of the Softweb Business Suite (SBS), which was further enhanced in terms of CRM and operational capabilities.

This decrease is linked to the strategic allocation of resources for the acquisitions of Digihart IKE and Vitamin Media S.A., as well as investments in the research and development of new solutions and the expansion and optimisation of existing ones. At the same time, the Group has secured a €300,000 open credit facility with a systemic bank, enhancing its financial flexibility and ensuring the ability to promptly support investment initiatives, whether related to product development or acquisitions.
