Cosmos Business Systems undertook the implementation of a project for the National Transparency Authority (NTA), focusing on the development and implementation of an Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with the international ISO/IEC 27001 standard.

The project aims to systematically strengthen the National Transparency Authority’s information security framework, with a focus on the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data, as well as on the consistent implementation of procedures and controls aligned with international best practices.

The new Information Security Management System is expected to substantially enhance the protection of sensitive information, reduce security risks, improve organisational maturity in risk management and compliance, ensure business continuity, and strengthen the trust of citizens and collaborating organisations.

Cosmos Business Systems will provide comprehensive services, including:

• Analysis of the existing environment and assessment of the information security framework.
• Design, development and implementation of the ISMS in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001.
• Definition of policies, procedures and roles, as well as documentation of the required framework.
• Support for implementation through systematic progress monitoring and structured reporting of activities.
• Preparation for audit/inspection and enhancement of the organisation’s maturity in risk management and compliance matters.
