(the “Company”), consistently executing its business plan for the 2025–2026 period, achieved a significant improvement in its financial results in the first half of 2025, reaffirming its position as a leading provider of comprehensive smart city and digital transformation solutions in the Greek and international markets.

Specifically, the Company’s revenue reached €9.18 million in the first half of 2025, compared to €5.01 million in the same period of 2024, representing an increase of 83.4%. Operating profit (EBIT) rose to €3.37 million, up from €0.98 million in H1 2024, an increase of 242.6%. Similarly, earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) amounted to €3.57 million in the first half of 2025, compared to €1.17 million in the same period of 2024, up 203.9%, while net profit after taxes reached €2.45 million in H1 2025, versus €0.34 million in H1 2024, an increase of 629.9%.

The Company’s financial position was further strengthened, with equity rising to €10.83 million on 30 June 2025, up from €8.38 million on 31 December 2024. The debt ratio improved to 47.65% on 30 June 2025, down from 55.66% on 31 December 2024, while the current ratio stood at 2.68, compared to 2.18 on the same dates.

Regarding the sales structure, in the first half of 2025 the Company strengthened both its presence and the number of new projects, with a focus on the Greek market, as outlined below:

• Initiation and implementation of new Smart City projects, with a focus on waste and parking management.
• New functionalities in its SaaS products, leveraging expertise gained from recent research projects.
• Completion of the AI-based document recognition application for the private sector digitization.
• Strengthening its participation in international tenders (EU Agencies) in the fields of Business Intelligence, Big Data, and VR/AR.
• Participation in smart city infrastructure projects, aiming to provide Field Engineering services.
• Increase in the number of active maintenance and technical support contracts for smart city applications.
