DOTSOFT S.A.: Strong Turnover Growth and Sustained High Profitability in H1 2026

DOTSOFT S.A. (the "Company") continued its growth trajectory during the first half of 2026, recording a significant increase in turnover and maintaining its profitability at high levels, alongside the expansion of its operations in both the Greek and international markets.

More specifically, the Company's turnover reached €12.79 million during the first half of 2026, compared to €9.18 million in the corresponding period of 2025, representing an increase of 39.3%. Operating profit (EBIT) stood at €3.34 million, compared to €3.37 million in H1 2025, while earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) reached €3.64 million, compared to €3.57 million in the corresponding period last year. Net profit after tax stood at €2.41 million, compared to €2.45 million in the first half of 2025.

The significant increase in turnover was accompanied by investments in the further development of the Company's activities, in research and development, as well as in strengthening its infrastructure and organizational capacity, supporting its strategy for further growth and diversification of revenue streams.

The Company's financial position remains strong, with Total Equity reaching €17.34 million as of 30.06.2026, up from €14.93 million as of 31.12.2025. The debt ratio stood at 45.64%, while the current ratio reached 2.59, confirming the maintenance of a healthy capital structure and adequate liquidity.

A particularly positive development is the gradual diversification of the Company's revenue mix. Revenues from International Projects increased by approximately 88.9%, while Private Sector Projects more than doubled, recording an increase of approximately 119.6%.

This shift reflects the progress of DOTSOFT's strategy toward achieving a more balanced revenue mix, while simultaneously maintaining its strong position in public sector digital transformation projects.

For the second half of 2026, DOTSOFT is focusing on the following pillars:

  • Further development and implementation of Smart Cities projects, with an emphasis on waste management and parking management.
  • Further development of SaaS products and reinforcement of recurring revenue.
  • Commercialization of Artificial Intelligence applications in document digitization and recognition, with a strong focus on the private sector.
  • Strengthening participation in international tenders for European Agencies and Institutions, in the fields of Business Intelligence, Big Data, and VR/AR.
  • Expansion of Field Engineering services for both smart city projects as well as private business and infrastructure projects.
  • Growth in active maintenance and technical support contracts, aimed at further boosting recurring revenue.
  • Further expansion of presence in the private sector and maintenance of a healthy contract backlog moving into financial year 2027.

The Company's Management estimates that prospects for the second half of 2026 remain positive, supported by the existing project portfolio and backlog, new opportunities arising from the NSRF 2021-2027 and the National Development Program, as well as growing demand for artificial intelligence, smart city, and digital transformation applications.

At the same time, DOTSOFT's strategic objective remains the gradual rebalancing of its revenue mix across the public, private, and international sectors, the enhancement of recurring revenue, and the leverage of the strategic investment to accelerate the Company's next phase of growth.
