The Municipality of Sithonia is moving forward with the upgrade of its operations and the improvement of the daily experience of citizens, visitors and businesses, with the support of DOTSOFT S.A. through the implementation of a comprehensive digital transformation project.

The project includes the design, development, supply and installation of modern applications and technological infrastructures, as well as the delivery of comprehensive software solutions, equipment, and training and support services.

The contract is being implemented within the framework of Section 1: “Development of Market Place Actions” and includes the following activities:

• Action 8 – Municipal Fleet Management: Implementation of a vehicle monitoring and management system using telematics tools, route optimisation and operational performance indicators, enhancing the efficiency of municipal services.
• Action 9 – Building Energy Management: Installation of smart systems and sensors for monitoring and optimising energy consumption in municipal and school buildings, with the aim of reducing costs and environmental impact.
• Action 11 – Smart City Guide: Development of a digital platform and mobile application for the promotion of points of interest and local businesses, enhancing the tourism experience and supporting the local economy.
• Action 35 – Central Data Platform: Creation of a unified system for the collection and management of data from the individual actions, featuring dashboards and analytics tools to support evidence-based decision-making.

The project is complemented by configuration, training and technical support services, ensuring the smooth operation and sustainability of the solutions provided.
