DOTSOFT secured major international recognition at the WITSA Global AI Awards, winning first place in the "Infrastructure" category for its "NOON IoT solution"—confirming the strong presence of Greek technology within the international Artificial Intelligence and Smart Cities ecosystem.

DOTSOFT S.A.’s NOONiot (Next Generation Intelligence for Resilience – IoT Platform) is an open, vendor-neutral, and multi-tenant platform that leverages advanced Artificial Intelligence and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies to support the operations and resilience of modern smart cities.

The platform can be deployed across critical operational domains of urban life—including energy, the environment, mobility, and sanitation—enabling Municipalities and Public Organizations to collect, aggregate, and leverage data from diverse, disparate systems and infrastructure.

NOONiot combines historical and predictive analytics of IoT data with automated indicator extraction and needs-assessment diagnostics based on real-time city operations. In doing so, it transforms the massive volume of data daily generated by urban infrastructure into actionable intelligence for decision-making.

A particularly innovative feature of the platform is the integration of an agentic AI smart city advisor, allowing organizational executives and municipal staff to query the system in natural language and receive data-driven, evidence-based answers.

In addition, the platform supports "what-if" scenario analysis, enabling decision-makers to evaluate alternative interventions and quantify their anticipated impact prior to implementation. Consequently, municipal infrastructure management transitions from passive monitoring and reactive problem-solving to a proactive, evidence-based decision-making model.

NOONiot was implemented within the framework of the "Digital Products and Services Development" program under "Greece 2.0," funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU, under project code 113988.
