EPSILONNET participated as a Key Partner at M.O.RE 2026 – Masters of Retail Summit, the first international business conference organised by the Hellenic Retail Business Association (SELPE), held on Monday, 6 July 2026, at the iconic Tsiller Building of the National Theatre of Greece.
The M.O.RE Summit served as a meeting point for leading executives, businesses and international figures from the fields of Retail, technology and innovation, highlighting the trends and forces shaping the future of the retail sector. Key topics addressed during the conference included Artificial Intelligence, technology, logistics, last-mile delivery, the store of the future, new payment methods and the enhanced customer experience.
Through its participation in the conference, EPSILONNET highlighted its active role in shaping the future of businesses and Retail. At a time when the retail sector is undergoing rapid transformation, the Group continues to invest in technologies that connect data, systems, people and operations, creating the foundations for a smarter, more agile and more efficient Retail ecosystem.
In this direction, the specialised business unit of EPSILON SINGULARLOGIC | EPSILONNET Group, EPSILON RETAIL, focuses on the needs of the Retail market, offering integrated software solutions and enterprise applications, supported by the expertise of specialised professionals with deep knowledge of the sector’s requirements and challenges. By providing solutions that leverage technology as a true driver of growth, deliver strategic value through data and integrate critical business operations, EPSILON RETAIL contributes to the creation of a more efficient Retail ecosystem, capable of delivering an enhanced experience for both businesses and end consumers.
As part of the conference, Achilleas Triantafyllidis, Retail Sales Director at EPSILON SINGULARLOGIC, delivered a presentation titled “The Unified Retail Engine: From Supply Chain to In-Store Excellence”. Through his presentation, he highlighted how technology can integrate critical Retail functions, from supply chain, enterprise systems and e-commerce to the physical store, reporting and customer experience.
Particular emphasis was placed on the fact that the future of Retail is no longer a distant prospect, but is already here. Technology, software and Artificial Intelligence now enable retailers to make better use of their data, connect critical business functions and shape a more agile and efficient ecosystem, capable of delivering an enhanced experience for consumers.
At the same time, Retail is being called upon to respond to a new reality: consumers are increasingly using Artificial Intelligence tools for market research, comparing options and making purchasing decisions. This means that retail businesses must now be prepared to “communicate” not only with end consumers, but also with AI agents that influence or support the customer journey.
During the presentation, a video showcasing the new RetailStudio flex was presented, highlighting EPSILON RETAIL’s specialised solution for the modern Retail market. The video demonstrated how sales, customer management, reporting, invoicing, inventory and e-commerce functions can be connected within a single, flexible and efficient operating environment, supporting the day-to-day needs of today’s retailers.
The participation of the EPSILONNET Group in M.O.RE 2026 reaffirms its ongoing commitment to developing specialised solutions for the Retail sector, focusing on customer service systems, automation, electronic invoicing, EDI, as well as integrated ERP, WMS and Business Intelligence (BI) systems. At the same time, the Group’s objective is to incorporate AI technologies across all its information systems, enabling technology to become a true driver of growth and helping retail businesses and stores evolve into enhanced, human-centred environments that deliver a comprehensive customer experience.
